Erica Lathon is a Louisiana native. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then attended the University of Kansas for her Master of Science in Nursing.
She joined Kansas City Physician Partners in 2017. She is married and has 1 daughter and 1 son. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her children and watching them perform in their various activities.
