Self Pay New Patients
Beginning September 5, 2025, all self pay new patients will be required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment. This will go towards any charges incurred during your visit. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
